The requests you’ll receive range from thank-you messages for our awesome products, to subscription or account changes, and sometimes questions or complaints. You love supporting members with their questions, and you always have a solution ready. With your naturally positive attitude, you know how to bring that energy across the screen.

What will you do?

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be responsible for answering emails and chatting with our members. Your tasks include:

• Responding to questions and feedback via email and chat;

• Ensuring a quick and effective resolution of member requests;

• Maintaining customer satisfaction through a positive and helpful attitude;

• Collaborating with the team to continuously improve our service.

Of course, you won’t do this alone—the customer service team is always there to work together towards 100% member satisfaction.
