Meanwhile, we already deliver to 18 countries and this number will only increase in the coming years. Therefore, we are looking to strengthen our German-speaking team.

Working at ON THAT ASS as a customer care employee means being in constant contact with our members. You get satisfaction from solving different kinds of problems and complaints. You have a solution for everything and with your positivity, you manage to help our members properly and professionally. You and your team will help our German-speaking members. You will assist them through email, livechat and (facebook) messenger. In the future, we want to expand the tools we use to communicate, so we can help our members even better and improve our quality. Of course, it is important that you are good at what you do. What will you be doing?

As an ON THAT ASS colleague, you are very important! You are the business card of our company and for our members. You always know how to put a positive spin on a sometimes difficult conversation. You will build a relationship with our members and make sure that every conversation ends with a satisfied member. Together with our team, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction and you are an important link in this process. Your duties include:

• Answering emails and messenger messages from our members;

• Maintaining good contact with our members and together with your team ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;

• To provide a listening ear in conversations that are sometimes difficult;

• Translating content and vacancies;

Who are you?

We are looking for a new colleague who gets energy from contact with our members. Your enthusiasm and positivity can come across on screen and together with your team you go for the highest possible result. The bar is high and you are able to be your best self. You enjoy working on several things at the same time and can switch well between different tasks. Experience in a similar position is useful, but personality and perseverance are much more important to us. We do not look at a piece of paper but at a person. Furthermore, you have the following skills:

• You speak and write fluent and flawless German;

• As well as German, you speak and write Dutch or English;

• You have an enthusiastic writing style;

• You are at least 12 hours a week available;

• You are precise in your work and enjoy working in a team;

• You reside in the Netherlands.
